Digital Arts: Interior commission, historic City of London location

Description

Proposals are invited for temporary, related artworks to be located in up to

six alcoves, c. 2.5 m - 3 m high, in the reception area of prestigious City

building steeped in history in London EC4.

Works can be in any medium which does not require a power source: eg

installation, wall drawing or painting, textile, sculpture, photography or printmaking. However,

traditional framed flatworks are excluded, as are overweight works.

Works can jut out slightly beyond the alcoves which vary between 20 - 36 cm depth.

Site responsive pieces will be particularly welcomed. Swan Upping and the

Vintners' livery company are just two historical links.

A fee is available for each artist selected. Final work to be delivered and

installed for end March 2017. Proposals should provide brief description and

images, accompanied by outline method of delivery to and installation on site.
