Hotel Elephant has workspace available for recent graduates at Spare Street. Spare Street is a new street dedicated to Creative Enterprise, located just 3 minutes from Elephant & Castle station. Suitable for anyone with a creative start up or practice including artists, designer makers and those working with technology.

All spaces cost £260 per month + VAT, electricity is additional. Other utilities, cleaning of communal areas and high speed wifi is included in the price. These spaces can be shared with two people.

All users get 24 hour access, 7 days a week. All spaces are lockable, with natural light. User get free access to our creative enterprise program, showcase opportunities, discounted rates in our café and opportunities to propose events for our public space.
