The kids are now on holiday, the days are longer, the sun is shining and the Urban Festival returns to the Southbank Centre today over most of April and all over Easter. It will be a stimulating programme including dance, performance, music, parties and workshops inspired by the city. Furthermore, many of the events are free of charge!
