2Weeks2Make Midlands 2017 is an original music video competition where musical acts are paired randomly with teams of filmmakers at a launch event on Friday 2nd June at the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC). The deadline for applications is 22 MAY.

Carl Timms, organiser is encouraging filmmakers and musicians in the Midlands to apply. At the launch event, there will be plenty of advice from guest speakers with training and tips you will need to make your video the best it can be. The videos must be submitted by Friday 16th June, 2 weeks from the launch date.  At the end of June, all completed videos will be screened to a live audience and prizes will be awarded by a panel of experienced judges.

Registration is free but the lead filmmaker in each team must be or become a member of The Producers' Forum (£25 per year) and the successful applicants among the musicians will be required to pay a fee of £75 - bearing in mind, for their £75, they will have their own promotional video.
