I share a lovely ASC art studio in Brixton with one other artist. We are looking for a third artist to share it with. We work with sculpture/video/photography and installation (MA and PhD respectively) Hope it suits you!        

We are looking for artists with a clean and tidy practice, as the space would suit someone with a clean practice, bookbinders, computer based artists, photographers, artwork storage.

The studio is bright, it has good floor and wall space. It will be shared with us two only. It has two windows on ceiling, no windows on walls so extra wall space. It has a built-in ventilator for when hot. Heating in winter. Location-wise it is a 3-minute walk away from Brixton tube station (on the Victoria Line) and a short drive/walk/bus ride away from Elephant and Castle and Vauxhall.

The studio is approx 300 sqft and the rent is £173.60 pcm. Bills and wifi are included in rent. One-month rent is required for deposit. Occupancy starts May 2017. I
