University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is wishing to appoint a visual artist / craft person to create public artworks for the entrance and within the Forget-me-Not suite, a specialist service for families facing the loss of a baby, based in the Maternity department at Royal Stoke University Hospital. The Suite provides a private space away from the busy maternity ward, where women and their families can receive clinical care and specialised support.  We are looking for an experienced creative practitioner who can deal sensitively to the context and create an artistic response appropriate to the purpose of the location.

Budget: £5000 – to include all fees, materials and installation
