Description

There are 7 places for those working in public and charity sectors and 7 places for artists. The programme takes place at Battersea Arts Centre on Monday evenings and one Saturday. The fee for the programme is £850, inclusive of VAT.

Agents of Creative Change offers a professional development opportunity for artists. The programme is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and runs at Battersea Arts Centre. The project aims to foster new collaborations between people across sectors. The group will investigate how unlikely connections can be a tool for tackling challenges and making work in new ways.

Agents of Creative Change is a programme of group sessions that explore problem-solving and creativity. Public and third sector workers are partnered with artists in a shared exchange programme of talks, seminars and workshops from key speakers and leading professionals. The programme is open to all those who are interested in collaboration and want to explore new, creative ideas that might benefit their own practice and community.

Previous participants have included those working in the police, local government, health services, employment and offender management. Artists have come from a wide variety of backgrounds including beatbox, design, performance work, digital and community theatre. Programme Structure
