Are you looking for a quiet space to live and pursue your creative work this winter? This could be for you! Art studio/apartment for rent in January to April 2017. Cost is £350pcm +bills (£400 for 2 people). Modern apartment, constructed in 2013, very warm (pellet-burning stove). Bright and airy with high ceiling and wooden beams. Large triple-fold patio doors (double-glazed). New kitchen has new oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Double bed, sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, easels. Wireless internet. Size 7.5m x 5.5m + shower room. Outside: table and chairs, reclining chairs, garden bench. Parking. Set in landscaped grounds.

Location: Secluded and quiet location. At edge of the village of Serra dos Mangues, 3km from beaches and town of Sao Martinho do Porto, Costa da Prata, Portugal. Lisbon is 1.5 hours by coach.
