Description

The Acorn in Penzance would like to offer a dedicated lover of the arts an internship, provisionally for a 3 month period, at this famous Cornish theatre. The successful applicant will learn how to run an office in a progressive arts centre with responsibilities including booking and organising events, budgeting, fundraising, website administration, running the box office, etc. The work is extremely varied and it is hoped that this position will lead to a permanent job for the right person. Previous work in the arts would be an advantage but is not essential.
