We are running our very 1st. Confidence Workshop with incredible guest speakers and teachers that will guide us through many aspects of confidence and teach us how to become the best version of ourselves. We will explore different ways to be more mitnful, self-aware, and confident.

This workshop is for EVERYONE! Men, Women, of any age (over 18), size, shape and nationality!

Stella, the creator of this workshop and host, has collected just for you the best speakers and professionals that inspired her journey of self acceptance and confidence. Throughout the workshop she will not only teach us how to strut, but also tell us how she turned her fears and doubts around to become a successful performer.

“Strut with Stella” is going to be very interactive, so be ready with your comfy outfit and an open mind because you will start your journey to become confident TODAY!

Here is a little taste of what is waiting for you:

• Maybe public speaking is not your greatest strength and makes you nervous? Our coach for Public Speaking, Alessandro Ananasso, will give us some useful tips and exercises to prepare us for such an event.
• Self awareness also plays a big role at this event. We will be taught a few yoga poses and breathing exercises, important skills to be confident, to release tension and how to focus before an important event.
• A professional plus size model will tell us her inspiring story and how she overcame her self doubt and lack of confidence. She will then teach us how to radiate strength and self-confidence through body language and power poses. But that's not all! She also has a fun and empowering surprise for us!
