Masterclass: Voice + Motion

with Catherine Hoffmann

Saturday 11 March, 10am-5pm, Bathway Theatre, Woolwich.

A FREE masterclass exploring vocality, following the journey of breath, sound, word and text.
Working individually and in groups, participants will find ways to free their voice and expand their toolkit in sound making for performance and everyday situations.
The workshop will be physical and combines an introduction to Kristin Linklater voice exercises alongside playful tasks throughout the day.

Bring water and comfortable clothes.

Catherine Hoffmann is a voice tutor at Identity acting school and has taught intensive vocal labs at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
She is a performance maker working in a solo and collaborative way using musicality, songs, text and physicality.
She will be touring her latest solo in the UK ‘Free Lunch with the StenchWench’ from March 2017. www.cathoffmann.com
