I share a lovely ASC art studio in Brixton, right opposite the Brixton Academy, with one other artist. Since rent has increased lately we are looking for a third artist to share it with. Hope it suits you!

Details:

*300 sq/ft

*no windows ( so no painter or heavy chemicals please:/)

*ceiling windows (natural light)

*heating/wifi

*general toilets/cleaner general spaces

*Open spaces weekends run by ASC

*shared with two quiet photographers who work with sculpture/video and thinking ( MA and PhD respectively)

*£173.60 per month 

• Starting with a 3 months contract before going permanent :)
