Shoreditch Town Hall is celebrating its 150th anniversary, and to mark the occasion we will be working with volunteers to deliver an exhibition and a publication telling the building’s story.

We are looking for a group of confident volunteers to help conduct interviews with local people, gathering their memories and stories of the building and surrounding area.

We will provide you with all the training you need – gaining expert skills in proper interview technique; recording and transcribing. This is the perfect project for someone who is interested in local history, local stories and learning more about our beautiful Grade II listed building and its fascinating past.

We will be holding training sessions in the week commencing the 31stOctober and will be conducted here at Shoreditch Town Hall.
