Description

In celebration of Milton Keynes Disability Awareness Day 2017, we will be producing an exhibition of works that showcase the talent of Disabled artists from Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The exhibition will aim to raise awareness, challenge perceptions and reduce stigma surrounding both physical disability and mental health.

We are inviting Disabled Artists from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas to submit work to be considered for the show. Submissions are selected by an art panel, judges include practicing artists Keith Jansz, Caroline Cardus and Anna Berry as well as Anthony Spira, Director at MK Gallery. As Milton Keynes celebrates its 50thBirthday, we will be selecting 50 works to be exhibited in the show.

The Now You See Me exhibition will run from Wednesday 21st June –Saturday 15th July 2017 in Centre MK.

Deadline for submissions is Thursday 25th May 2017.
