Are you interested in improving patient care in the NHS?
Imperial College Healthcare Trust have launched a new series of iQI Sprints to tackle problems that staff are facing in their daily working lives. An iQI Sprint is an intense day of team work where healthcare staff, patients, artists, engineers and designers work together to come up with innovative solutions and test these new ideas with patients and hospital staff.
“It ignited a spark between patients and healthcare professionals”
Sprint attendee, patient representative
The iQI Sprints bring together a fantastic mix of people. We've had an amazing mix of creative proffesional join the Sprints and help teams to see the problem from a different angle, come up with new ideas as well as creating amazing posters and protoypes to test out on the wards.
The day will be facilitated by Dan Phillips, an independent service designer who is also a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art, helping teams to navigate the design processes in a complex healthcare setting.
