Description
Courses and workshops in stone carving, millinery, creative writing, ceramics, painting and specialist masterclasses will be available for those wanting to try something new this January at New Brewery Arts, Cirencester.
Budding artists are spoilt for choice this new year after New Brewery Arts launched a diverse calendar of courses and workshops. Alongside the usual favourites are some brand-new ones making sure there is something for all.
Clare Walsh Education Development Manager said “Our beginner’s classes are ideal for those who perhaps haven’t tried art since school or want to have a go at a new art form. Whereas our intermediate classes are suited to those wanting to develop their knowledge further.”
“2017 will be an exciting year for our workshop programme, with specialist Master classes by experts in their field including Korky Paul an international renowned illustrator and Carole Waller a prominent textile artist. We are also delighted to be part of the Select Spring Festival with seven associated workshops to be held in May.” Clare explained.
All classes are run within the inspiring setting of New Brewery Arts centre which supports contemporary craft through 9 on-site makers' studios, gallery space, craft shop, café and accommodation. Each class is run by tutors who are also professional makers.
