A workshop, specially designed for small businesses and start ups about how to use design to promote your business

Creative Islington has teamed up with Ave Design to bring you this workshop covering both theorectical and practical elements of marketing and promotion. By the end of the session each attendee will have a marketing and communications plan to work with. 

The workshop will cover:

An introduction to your brand:

• History and origin of branding and design
• How graphic design is used in practical applications - marketing materials / websites / visual comms
• Group session on identifying how each attendee is positioning and marketing their brand

Using design thinkging to promote your business:

• Identifying your target audience and how to reach them
• Forming your individual marketing and communications plans
• How to commission design for your organisation

Date: Monday 18 July, 9.30 - 12.30
