Carlo Annoni Playwriting Prize / Corrado Spanger / London

The new Carlo Annoni Playwriting Prize wishes to award unpublished plays on LGBTQ topics, including 'Love and Diversity'.

The prize has been presented at the 31st Mix Festival at Strehler Theatre in Milan. The prize jury members include writer Paola Calvetti and Piccolo Teatro Communication and Marketing Director Giovanni Soresi.

The committee accepts plays written in Italian, English and French, with an award assigned to the best play in each language of €1000. There is no submission fee. Please submit the plays by 31st December 2017.

The award ceremony will take place on 12 February 2018 in Milan, followed by mini awards events in London and Paris.
