Platform 2 Art Project - Tunbridge Wells Station

“An open call to artists to design and create artworks for Platform 2 at Tunbridge Wells railway station.  Southeastern is seeking expressions of interest from artists who live or work within the Tunbridge Wells area, or are familiar with the town and its community.

 The railway station is an important gateway for those arriving into the historic town of Tunbridge Wells and the artworks should reflect present day, future and the history of Tunbridge Wells including its Spa heritage and the importance of the railway. The artist must have experience at project management, community involvement and be able to deliver the project within the budget and timescale

 The funds for the project are £10,000 exc VAT and the project must be completed by 31 March 2017

 Closing date for expressions of interest is Friday 13 January 2017.
