Workshop Aims:

Deepen your breath connection, capacity and support 
Become more present through body and vocal release​
Expand vocal resonance, volume and expression
Learn and apply the Fitzmaurice principles of Destructuring and Restructuring
Identify Fitzmaurice poses that help to release 'holding' habits

During this practical session at the Place, London participants will be introduced to the principles of this dynamic and exciting work - Destructuring, Restructuring, Play and Presence. The workshop is suitable for anybody with an interest in the somatic-vocal relationship and in expanding their voice. The workshop will be taught by Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Cathryn Robson.
