We are delighted to announce that we are now welcoming applications for the art exhibition 'Static.'
Green Lens Studio is a multi-function photography studio where aesthetics and social responsibility go hand-in-hand. Housed in a beautifully restored stable warehouse in North London, they facilitate commercial photographic practice and hold a range of events including, yoga classes, film screenings and workshops.
Green Lens is the UK’s first environmentally sustainable photography studio, with earth-friendly operating principles that have earned them Ecovate certification and nomination for Eco Micro Business of the year.
About:
We’re after passionate artists working in the field of photography, photo-manipulation or video art whose work explores technological development; the social media revolution; constant alterations to our surroundings; rapid environmental changes and issues of sustainability.
How to apply:
- All artists can apply for free
- Submit your artworks by emailing us at: StaticApplications@gmail.com
- Please attach up to four images of your work along with a current CV and a short text explaining how your work relates to the exhibition's theme (maximum 150 words)
- Please include the necessary information by tabling your artworks as:
1.Untitled#1, Medium, Size, Year, Price
- Make sure all attached images include a clear title for each piece of artwork in the file name e.g. Untitled#1.jpg
- A small fee of £25 will be applied only to selected artists, which covers administration costs
- A discount will be offered to selected artists for hiring the studio to support their work on upcoming or on-going projects
- All submitted artworks need to be framed
