Come and be part of a shared artist studio with three other fine artists. A great way of keeping inspired.

The complex composes of our artists studio and a vibrant music studio located off a small mews. A great community feel.

Toilet, small sink, kitchen and wifi available.

X1 space available at the beginning of September.

Located in the heart of orange, within a short walking distance of Penge East and Penge West stations. Both have excellent links to London.

Rent is £125 per month and bills are paid quarterly.
