The current situation of low and no pay in many parts of our industry is very damaging, and a hot topic for everybody whether the work is live or recorded. Funnily enough, not all of the issues are about money. Other things such as hours, health and safety, cancellations and more are all areas of confusion and have caused contention. Join Equity organiser Will Holmes to get some clarity and to find out about Equity's work in this area.
